The Cornered Cat: Kathy Jackson teaches defensive handgun classes for women, in addition to holding holster seminars and purse-carry classes. Kathy says: "It’s about the cornered cat in all of us. It’s about the determination to get away from an attacker if you need to. It’s about making the decision to say,“Not me. Not mine. Not today.” And it’s about the tools to make that decision stick."

Appleseed: Women are special at Appleseed. Appleseed holds special Ladies Only shoots called Ladyseeds. These shoots are run by female instructors, at a greatly reduced cost.
A Girl And a Gun Women's Shooting League: An organization established by women shooters for women shooters. AG & AG events are intended to be fun, social gatherings where women can come together for support, encouragement, ask questions in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, improve on their marksmanship, and bond together in the shooting community. Just locate your local chapter using an interactive map, and show up!
Babes with Bullets: a series of camps held across the US, offering a three day firearms training program for novice women who have little (or zero) handgun experience. Also camps for women who have some handgun experience along with “combo” camps to introduce women to the handling of an AR-15 rifle along with handgun training. Every camp is taught by women who are national and world firearms champions with Kay Miculek as the head instructor. The camps are “1/3 firearms training, 1/3 adventure camp, and 1/3 pajama party!”
